Work continues in the cab on making various holes in the cladding sheets for all the mountings for the controls and gauges.

An order has been placed for the manufacture of the superheater elements. A bit ahead of ourselves admittedly, as we are not yet ready for them, but they will be available when we are.

Some progress has been made with the installation of the pipework for the carriage warming, although the job is not yet finished.

Work continues on various pins and bushes etc for the motion.

Bolts have been installed securing the smokebox to the saddle.

Shims have been made and fitted to make the slide bars conform to the correct measurements and alignment.
